How to Become a Host for Your Community
Whether you’re a ministry veteran or someone who is just taking the first steps toward answering the call to serve, sign up to become part of what God is doing through Mercy Gate Fellowships. We are seeking people of integrity who have hearts to serve their communities.
For too long, the Church has muddled the functions of pastor, teacher, evangelist, prophet, and apostle — requiring anyone in congregational leadership to comfortably possess all those roles. We want to help bear that burden throughout the Body. As a Mercy Collective community leader, you can focus on building relationships and providing a space for Spiritual growth. You will be a facilitator, ministering to the needs of your community. The interactive Biblical teaching will be provided in a clear, standardized structure, and it will be up to your discretion as to whether or not you wish to take an active role in teaching your community.
As a community leader, you will:

Host weekly Sabbath gatherings for your community, and other services and events as you are able.

Facilitate discipleship through the use of our interactive Bible study programs (no public speaking required!)

Get access to ministry training and support — both online and at in-person retreats

Have access to comprehensive systems to keep you functioning, visible in your community, and financially viable.
